There were funny moments/scenes/lines, as evidenced by the repeated playings on FX. Overall it is what it's supposed to be -- a stupid movie making money off a hit starring (at the time) unknowns. Two have gone on to solid careers - Shia LaBeouf and Eric Christian Olsen.
