Dumb and Dumber 1 is one of those movies that you smile the moment you see re-runs on TV, it brings to your memory all these funny silly moments that you loved and enjoyed that you tend to remind people about.
However, "Dumb and Dumber to" doesn't live up to the standard it set and the comedy bits are far in between. I do like the characters but overall it fell short on delivery.
