A few years too late.
Dumb and Dumber was a few years ago really good. It has really thrown away before laughing.
Now comes very late to continue and this does not come across well. It's like a joke was told 20 years ago.

Crappy more about it because the humor so old and "out". 10 years ago it would have worked.
