This resurrection of an originally abysmal film confirms the lack of new material for original comedies from the decaying hallways of Hollywood studio's. Dumb and Dumber To would be the perfect film to watch when you are feeling exceptionally happy and you would like to lower your mood to the depths of clinical depression.
Go and decorate your home, sit down and watch the paint for hours until dry, it will definitely provide more laughs.
