You either like Dumb and Dumber or you don't.
I fucking love it.
They're hilarious and you can't help but laugh because they're just soooo freaking stupid.
If you like smart jokes go somewhere else. If you like easy laughs, watch. I promise you'll be laughing every minute of the movie.
