Review of Dude, Where's My Car? (2000) by Joe N — 17 Feb 2011
3 out of 5 stars. You definitely have to be in the right mood to watch this movie but it is a fun movie to watch when you are looking for something that has a lot of stupid humor and requires no thinking.
However, I feel like I lose a few brain cells after each time I watch this stoner movie. The stoner dog scene is great, as well as the ostriches. Oh, and don't forget the Chinese Restaurant; "and then?" Honestly there is not much of a story here.
Jesse and Chester (Ashton Kutcher and Seann William Scott) lost their car and cannot recall their previous night of partying, so they attempt to retrace their steps to help recollect what they did the night before to try to find the car.
During this journey, several random strange people ask Jesse and Chester for the Continuum Transfunctioner, as it is capable of destroying the universe.
