Funny, dimwitted comedy on the same line as "Billy Madison" or "Dumb & Dumber," with funny moments like the agents with Z-names (including Jeff) and the Austrian twins ("Screw the universe?").
And who could forget the "What does my tattoo say?"-"Sweet, what about mine?" moment? But all's only just.
