Review of Duck Soup (1933) by Ryan D — 26 Jan 2009
My favorite of the Marx Brothers movies. As with all their movies, there is no substantial plot, nor character development. However, there is a ton of one liners, puns, and physical comedy, especially where Harpo is concerned.
The hat scene and the mirror scene are classics in my opinion. Overall, a good movie if you want to shut off your brain and laugh.
