So, I have to admit that this movie is pretty good. I am trying to get past Gus Van Sant's crimes against film such as his blasphemous remake of "Psycho" or the snorefest that was "Last Days", but I do have to admit that the movies from his early days are pretty genius and inspired.
It's just sad to see a filmmaker go off the way he has.
