Review of Driving Miss Daisy (2015) by Laura O — 22 Jan 2008

I hate titles that explain the entire movie plot ... or maybe movies that explain the entire plot in the title. Either way, this movie should be avoided unless you're planning on watching Be Kind Rewind.

There was no conflict or climax in this movie, unless you consider Miss Daisy's stubbornness a conflict, in which case one could have let her ride the Trolly and been done with it. Morgan Freeman is embarrassing and uninteresting as a coon, and not even Dan Aykroyd could give this movie a semi-dimensional character.

As for being a "A great friendship movie," go watch Milo & Otis.
