Review of Driving Miss Daisy (2015) by Marcus W — 05 Mar 2009

I should point out that regardless of the title and poster this film does not involve the potential destruction of earth, mutant superheroes, hardcore lesbian sex with radishes, or CGI talking animals.

Quite simply it is a story of friendship and little else. It does touch on Martin Luther King and some other issues, but the main focus is on the two stars and they are both terrific. Likeable and watchable but not the epic sci-fi fantasy I was expecting.
