Review of Driving Miss Daisy (2015) by Donna . — 17 Jul 2009
I love this film which is about the relationship between two stubborn and proud individuals. It's a wonderful and heart warming film with Jessica Tandy and Morgan Freeman at their finest.
I found the scene when Miss Daisy, the self-professed pro equal rights liberal doesn't even consider giving Bo (her black chauffeur) her extra ticket to see a Martin Luther King speech sadly moving and telling of that time...
"In the End, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends." (Martin Luther King 1929-1968).
