Review of Driving Miss Daisy (2015) by Jay H — 18 Jun 2010
We've seen period piece after period piece, so maybe I'm biased against Driving Miss Daisy already. Director Bruce Beresford captures the '50s feel its story requires, but comes up short on, well, a lot else.
Morgan Freeman and Jessica Tandy fall into place in terms of acting, though Dan Aykroyd feels incredibly out of place. Not for me.
