Review of Driving Lessons (2006) by Sarah R — 26 Nov 2007
I got this one from Netflix because I wanted to see Rupert Grint do something outside of a Harry Potter film, seeing as how he usually gets the least amount of substantial material to work with.
He was really fantastic, and it was a good movie. Its a coming of age story about a boy who is raised by a hypocritically religious mother and a pastor father who never stands up for himself. He goes to work for an aging actress who forces him to be himself and its very sweet and actually quite funny.
