[b][font=Palatino Linotype]They're big, they're loud, they're dumb, they have bubblegum logic, and chances are they're a helluva lot of fun to watch. These sort of films rely on your eyes and ears to entertain you( brains need not apply ), and what is a thrill ride if not to do just that? Those who psycho-analyse and intellectually poke and prod these kind of films ironically miss the point altogether.
They're popcorn films made simply to entertain. Sorry fellow scholars and paid critics, but the joke is on you.[/font][/b].
