Review of Drive Angry (2011) by Gretchen W — 02 Aug 2011

This was just as bad as I expected it to be. What is up with Cage. He's not that great of an actor but at least he made some ok movies. Now he's signing on for crap. He should fire his assistant and hire me to pick his scripts for him as he obviously can't do it.

There are fast chase scenes, plenty of action, nudity and gratuitous violence in this film. The movie is basically devoid of plot so don't expect to see that. There is one strange scene where he screws a woman without stopping while killing multiple men.

It's a weird, violent and pointless scene that basically sums up the whole movie. He is being stocked by a grim reaper(basically) the actor who plays this character is the only reason I watched the film the whole way through.

Rent or don't rent it your life won't change much either way except that you might want your money and time back. Oh and absolutely not for children.
