OK I see someone likes Tarantino's style but has no idea how to make it work. Sure, it's entertaining at times but the story is simply absurd and the characters are not likeable. Maybe it would work if the dialogue was stronger or if there really was some deep truth behind the story.
Otherwise, no, it just doesn't work.
