This is one excellent movie. I am not sure what else I personally can say about it but I am going to take a stab at it. In my opinion, this is a return to the great film noirs of the 1940's and the 1950's.
Everything about it is just great. From the script to the acting and the directing. The action is great, the score is haunting and the cinematography is just perfect. In a nutshell, if you have not seen this, you need to.
It is that good.
