Review of Drinking Buddies (2013) by Doug K — 14 Sep 2014

Nothing in this movie accomplished what it set itself out to do. Dialogue feels contrived and scene after scene falls flat despite its obvious 'fly on the wall' attempts. It isn't a colossal failure and the ideas it's trying to convey are noble, yet probably overly ambitious.

I'm left feeling as though no one talks/acts/feels this way and it wished for me to feel the exact opposite. Disappointing... (which is often worse than terrible).
