It wasn't perfect, and Owen Wilson isn't incredibly convincing, but it has some really funny moments. Like when all of the homeless men show up as teachers at the school. The kids were ripoffs from superbad, but they were convincing enough.
The bully was weak though, nobody ever would have found him cool.
