Granted, this is meant to be a movie for kids, but nevertheless it didn't do a terrific job of engaging me. Owen Wilson was decent, but certainly wasn't great enough to hold me for the movie, and even a few great cameos, including Danny McBride, isn't strong enough to pull me in.
Yet I can't completely condemn the film, as I did chuckle at a handful of scenes, keeping the film from being a complete waste of time. But I would suggest not watching it unless you really have seen just about everything else available.
