I though it was great. Not up to other Apatow movies, but still very funny with a good performance from Wilson, and the kids although they are little too exaggerated. I cant believe a bully that bad wouldn't be locked up somewhere or even have friends.
Overall despite the familar story, its funny and enjoyable enough.
