Review of Dredd (2012) by Matthew G — 01 Jan 2015
I always wanted a good Dredd film but this isn't it. This is basically a B movie with 2-d characters and amazingly clumsy exposition. Terrible miscasting.Dredd spends his time grimacing like Clint Eastwood, the lead baddy is some model trying to look tough.
A few cool action moments. I dunno if it ripped off the raid but it feels like a remake.
