We'll chop off your head and laugh when you're dead...

Shrek, Puss and Boots, and Donkey deliver two amazing short stories in their unique universes. They take turns trying to out-tell each other scary stories for the Halloween season. Meanwhile, in the Monster vs. Aliens universe a new pumpkin shaped alien arrives the monsters will need to stop from taking over the world.

"You have voices inside your head?".

"Sometimes.".

The animation quality is equal to the full length movies in these short tales and the plots are unique and interesting. The use of the characters in the genre is very well done and I enjoyed that they brought back many of the original voices from the full length films to deliver these tales.

"Please tell me he's an only child.".

I recently came across this film on Netflix and decided to add it to the queue to watch with my daughter during Halloween. This was way better than I anticipated and a wonderful holiday tale with eerie and fun scenes mixed with classic Dreamworks brand of comedy. I recommend seeing this.

"We'll be together forever.".
