I always love it when a musical can come up with intelligent places to slip in a song. I love everything about this movie! I'm not a big fan of Jamie Foxx or Beyonce Knowles, but I even love THEM in this movie.
Jennifer Hudson nails everything about her character, from songs, to emotion, to development. She earned every inch of that Oscar!
