This is definitely a strange one, and not in the best kind of way. Stephen King is a strange author so it is to be expected. This movie is mostly "meh" with a lot of attempted heartwarming bromance as filler.
Very watchable, mostly entertaining, but starts, sustains, and goes out with a fizzle.
