The synopsis is wrong. It's not named after a line in the Godfather (the Godfather line is "Luca Brasi SLEEPS with the fishes"), and that statement is totally fucking misleading.
Terry (David Arquette) is a self-loathing, suicidal voyeur who doesn't have the balls to kill himself; he meets Nick (Brad Hunt), a free spirit who discovers he only has a few weeks to live. They make a pact: if Terry bankrolls Nick's dying wishes, Nick will kill Terry for him when the time comes. So they go on this batshit road-trip.
