Review of Dream House (2011) by Jarome K — 07 Feb 2012

If the trailer had not been such a huge spoiler the plot in itself would have been all to predictable just the same. Overall it was still an intriguing and very entertaining movie. I feel confident in saying this without giving away more than the trailer already has but I believe Loucka did an exceptional job writing this story for someone who had a psychotic disorder due to traumatic brain injury (not schizophrenia).

I would however have preferred that he had left out the scene in which the wife ran past the chimes and hit the them. It would have made for a much more realistic and believable story otherwise without that one small part.

I thought Craig did an exceptional job with this character. KUDOS.
