Review of Dream House (2011) by Jeffrey M — 03 Mar 2012
It lacks originality, and it ends up at a predictable place, but Dream House is enjoyable enough getting there that it's always watchable. Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz bring a lot of presence and charm to their otherwise poorly developed roles. The script really doesn't derail until the last act, helping make the film fairly competent for 2/3 of its running time, before turning in a laughably bad "twist' for its ending.
3/5.
