A bit on the bizarre side; I think they got confused as to if they were telling a ghost story, a psycho story or a thriller. You might be thinking "like the Shining?!?", but you would be wrong. No where as cool ( or as psycho or as ghostly). Kind of half measures of each.
Oddly enough, the hook or reveal happened too early and left you wondering why you agreed to watch this movie.
End result, skip this movie.
