Well done, stylish, strangely fascinating, and with an interesting twist in the end, but it's still a sick, disgusting, evil movie. I guess you'd have to be an estate agent to fully appreciate it.
This is one movie I wish I could erase from memory, it's like seeing your favourite puppy shot.
