Review of Dread (2009) by Tim M — 30 Aug 2010

The axe-cam rocks. Great concept, fascinating topic, pretty good directing. Much of it is done too subtly for my taste. Score is lacking in many vital places and the directing is often muted, negating the intensity of the scene.

For its budget, it did well, it's memorable and entertaining. However, one can't help but think of how much greater it could have been.
