A favorite from my childhood,it's a grim,violent,fairy tale without the happy ending.A young sorcerer must save a kingdom from the beast,but is opposed by the ruling nobles who have made a deal with the dragon by sacrificing maiden virgins to appease it's hunger.
Dark and political,with great FX for it's time.
