A missed opportunity. Rob Cohen's directing is so corny, flat and uninspired that this medieval fantasy is plunged into forgetful nonsense. The battle scenes are weak, the dialogue stupid and lines are delivered badly.
The special effects are pretty good for their time, but with such a clunky story, they can't save the film. Shame.
