When someone you care about dies you may handle it in a good way or a bad way. None of us really know how we will react until the time comes when we are forced tpo react. When Joes wife Emily dies he becomes bitter and resentul to those who dont apreciate there lives. When the kids she used to care about start to tell Joe that she has a message for him, he starts to believe that she is alive and it leads him on a journey that will end with a shocking discovery.

Definitley not Kevin Costners best. The feelings and hard felt emotions were what he lacked. He mad it seem as though it was a thriller with a ghost issue when it it was only a mind clearing problem. Costner found morelost emotions when he was onscreen with Kath Bates and they more or less brought the attention away from The fact that all you see is Costner and it brings in a fresh face someone willing to help. A helpful remainder that life sometimes doesnt always go the way you planned it, and there is always room for adjustment in character.

Movies usually keep to a point rarely letting the story wonder, rarely letting more experiences become involved. This movie defied the norm of what a hollywood movie should do. make it iffy in the minds of many. It grasps at a world between spirits and what is real. It questions life and death making it better to watch and very questionable. As th efilm prgresses it becomes more dand more of a question is it fact or is it fiction? right up until the end we have no idea how it will play out, how this one will conclude, and when it does conclude it is shocking and somewhat of a surprise. Very well done on the story and the element of shock and amazement.

This film is all about the after world, the questions concerning life and death. Have you ever wondered what happens to the ones you love. This film tries to explain while failing to remember that it is only aq peice of fiction and not the actual facs. Instaed of feeding us with some information that may be taken as true remind us that we are watching a work of art oin the grandest scale instaed of making some people see that there may be answer to all the questions we have.

Very well done and great to watch. Fun and exciting and Costner is not all that bad if you remember that you are watching a movie and not so much a ghost documentary.
