Just terrible... It captured some of the characteristics of the DragonBall Z characters but other than that... The environment was off, the story line was crazy off, and the special effects were meteocre at best.
With a series like DBZ you don't go for "ehh... ok" which it didn't even get that. No true DB, DBZ, or even DBGT fan will ever consider this part of the DragonBall culture. Plus.... NO KRILLEN!!!!!!! WTF!!! No Tien and Chiaotzu (Though not as bad as previous statement), Cell looked more like Freddy Krueger, making Goku's "ape thingy" into something entirely different and more storyline issues far from these mistakes (Bulma and ChiChi to name a couple) to discuss.
Little build up and coolness in some parts but it just doesn't work at all.
