Eh. Short. I've never seen ANY Dragonball episodes so I have no idea what the story is and what not. Some cool special effects and kung fu choreography. It felt like watching a manga/anime thought which was kinda cool.
Cheesey, corny, but I don't think it was the producers' goal to make it a "serious" movie.
