Review of Dragonball Evolution (2009) by Lou M — 09 Sep 2012

I'm not going to make a pun of the title because you've heard it before. I've never seen the Manga, but I know it's bright and colourful. This is plagued with dull brown, dull orange, dull grey and dull purple colours. Yep, that's something kids would like to see. In the lava scene, I couldn't see what was going on.

Chow Yun Fat overacts because he doesn't care. Piccolo is like a poor man's version of the Mask and the characters are poorly miscast. Dragonball fans have the right to be upset when they find out that the characters and setting are changed.

The special effects, acting, fight scenes and dialogue are awful and it's just bore to sit through.

I'm giving it a one star cos there's some nice girls in it.
