Beyond The Obvious Low-Budget Lameness, The Story Coulda Had Potential. I've Seen Worse Scripts With Big Budgets Fare Better In Entertainment Value, This One Simply Suffers From Realism Due To The Over-Stretched Budget & Pisa-Poor Effects.
