This is a horrible movie. The story is horrible, the characters are horrible, and it just sucks. For 90% of the movie you'll be asking yourself "why the hell did that just happen?" THe action itself is not bad, but its not good either.

The villians and attacks are cheesy. Ok fine I know it was based on a comic book, but the director just did a horrible job with it. One of Hong Kong's failures.
