Martial arts movie from Wilson Yip. I enjoyed the first act, but the terrible dialogue, exposition dumps and annoyingly obvious wire-work sunk it for me. Still - excellent opening, buckets of style and some great fights before it all goes hokey fantasy.
Watch SPL (aka Kill Zone) instead.
