Not perfect on it's historical accuracy, but the Ancient Roman & Chinese Empires did indeed exist only a few thousand miles apart in Central Asia in the period depicted. Chan, Cusack, & Brody all deliver good drama & action.
The film is a good semi historical epic war drama, with excellent leads.
