Dragnet is by far one of the best of the T.V. adaptations. Surpassing other 60's shows, like The Brady Bunch and Scooby-Doo (two of my favorites, and this being three). The original series was absolutely great with Jack Webb as the classic cop Joe Friday.
Now, Dan Aykroyd plays him perfectly, and Tom Hanks is a perfect addition to the fun. Not to mention a fantastic supporting cast, great laughs and stupendous action, Dragnet is a classic film for any fan of 80's films, like myself.
