This was a terrible sports movie. Costner has made sport gems in his life and this one truly missed the mark. No only was it truly un realistic which the NFL savy American Audience should see right through, it was hard to believe at nearly every level of the story.

Leary who is one of my all time favorite humorists and actors, had nothing to work with for character except a prop and Garner who is so increditably likeable had to rely on her glorious smile as her character was written almost disengaged to the movie plot.

Costner who again has put together so many great characters in many different genre, simply could not do any thing with this mess of a script.
