Looks like a lot of people missed the point. It is about Vlad the Impaler trying to protect his family - not Nosferatu. If you can appreciate a movie for what it is not for a movie you thing it should be (eg: Bela Lugosi's original flick) then you may just be able to sit back and enjoy it.
I watch every Vampyre movie I can and I enjoyed it!!
