Too many people see this movie and compare it to Mel Brooks' other films. . .while I love Young Frankenstein more than is probably healthy, I also love this movie - but in its OWN RIGHT. I enjoy it because it makes me laugh, no matter how many times I've re-watched it.
Perhaps it takes a certain sense of humor, but I seem to have that sense of humor :-) The peformances in it were awesome too, my personal favorite being Peter MacNicol as Renfield.
