Review of Dracula: Dead and Loving It (1995) by Chris H — 10 Sep 2010
This does not feel like a Mel Brooks film. it's so painfully bland and unfunny. the spoofing of assorted Dracula adaptations was so lame and uninspired, even the actors seemed bored. the effort is lacking in just about every department, from costumes and set design to acting and directing.
hard to believe someone like Mel Brooks could take this much of a nosedive, but this just barely scratches the surface of entertainment.
