Review of Dracula (1958) by Jak-Luke S — 23 Jul 2017
Cushing and Lee are terrific in their respective roles as hero and villain, with the latter perfect as the titular character. The mythology and production looks good but not as well executed as other films in the series.
It's engaging but not necessarily immersive with a world that looks drained but with a strong lack of supporting characters that don't fill the film with fright or terror.
