Review of Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb (1964) by Alvaradokta — 19 Jun 2014
With humor and intense acting throughout, Dr.Strange clearly stands the test of time. Easily enjoyable well after the cold war, one can only imagine how hard it would have been to laugh at this scenario back then.
The film shows impending doom in two equally greatly written perspectives. The great cinematography of Gilbert Taylor, gives Dr. Strangelove a beautiful aesthetic.
