Review of Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb (1964) by Jack C — 29 Feb 2012
Dr Strangelove will always be remembered as one of the most darkly hilarious films of not only the Cold War era, but of all time. Kubrick combines sex and violence most prominently, while using sophisticated wit to create laugh out loud comedy in the most controversial of ways.
Peter Sellers was outstanding in all 3 roles, and equal praise should be given to George C Scott for some most memorable facial expressions.
